The 2024 Home Builder Digital Marketing Summit in Raleigh will be an experience we won’t soon forget! Our goal was to put together an event that provided excellent content for our attendees that fostered engagement and learning from each other as well as presenters, networking time that created the opportunity for real relationship building and sharing, and to have a whole lot of fun. The results are in, and we accomplished our goal!

The Amazing Speakers
Learning is at its best when the content is both exciting and engaging—and our incredible presenters didn’t disappoint! They covered everything from building genuine human connections and maximizing digital strategies to leveraging cutting-edge technologies, growing your social media presence, embracing online home sales, mastering home builder SEO, and even using AI to revolutionize home building. But that’s not all! We also hosted expert panels of home builders who shared their experiences and answered tough questions about the challenges they’re navigating today.
This year’s two education tracks—Marketing and OSC—offered a customized learning experience for our home builder attendees. The Marketing track was a showstopper, led by the hilarious and insightful hosts of the Home Builder Digital Marketing Podcast, Greg Bray of Blue Tangerine and Kevin Weitzel of Outhouse. They kept the energy high, the insights flowing, and the laughs coming. And, of course, who could forget the legendary Kahoot games? Our generous sponsors upped the ante with some amazing prizes!
Meanwhile, the OSC track was packed, led by the brilliant Leah Fellows of Blue Gypsy, Inc., a seasoned new home sales trainer and consultant. Attendees walked away with actionable strategies and fresh perspectives, making it a must-attend for anyone looking to level up their game.
Roundtable Discussion Groups
One of the most popular sessions among attendees was, once again, our roundtable small group discussions, where participants had the opportunity to learn from and share experiences with others facing similar challenges. Each attendee could select four different roundtable sessions from a wide range of topics, all focused on issues that are highly relevant and prevalent in today’s market. This allowed for individualized discussions with actionable takeaways from peers and industry experts.
Networking & Building Connections
Networking is vital to the success of any home builder. We saw real connections made over and over as people had the opportunity to talk, exchange ideas, and learn from each other. Networking at traditional industry conferences is often a quick handshake and exchange of information, but our intentionally intimate setting provided the backdrop for both creating business connections and building friendships.
