Since 2000, Greg has helped builders turn their websites into their most productive sales tools, and that focus has never wavered across 25 years of technology shifts, market cycles, and the rise of AI-driven search.
Greg authored and instructs NAHB's official "Website Best Practices for Maximum Lead Generation" course, a level of institutional endorsement that reflects the depth of his expertise in builder website strategy. He is a regular speaker at the International Builders' Show (including encore sessions of his popular "Search, Click, Sold!" presentation), the Southeast Building Conference, and the Best Home Building Practices Summit. His speaking topics include website optimization and lead generation, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for home builders, website personalization, and marketing analytics.
Greg founded and co-hosts the Builder Marketing Podcast (with Kevin Weitzel of Outhouse), one of the home building industry's most established builder marketing shows with over 3oo episodes and a Nationals Silver Award for Best Professional Development Series. He also founded the Builder Marketing Summit, an annual event that brings together the most engaged builder marketing professionals in the country for two days of actionable education and peer collaboration.
Greg is known for translating complex digital strategies into practical, actionable advice that builder marketing teams can implement immediately. He holds a master's degree in business from North Carolina State University and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brigham Young University.
